What we deliver
Three program types, one learning standard.
Corporate programs
Custom curricula for executive teams, sales orgs, and marketing functions. Two-to-twelve week formats. Cohort or self-paced. We measure retention and application, not satisfaction surveys.
Accredited training
Certification-track programs aligned with Qualiopi (FR), OPCO funding rails, and accreditation bodies across our four operating countries. We carry the paperwork so HR doesn't have to.
Production studio
300 sq ft Manhattan studio, full-stack post. We produce the video, slide, and assessment artefacts for our programs and for clients who need their own learning library shipped.

How we teach
Operators in the seat. Not consultants reading slides.
Every program is co-built with a domain operator who has shipped the thing we are teaching. We replace passive video with case work, replace quizzes with simulations, and replace satisfaction surveys with 90-day application audits. Boring works.

We share infrastructure with WAVO (the AYLINE COM streaming pillar). Same cameras, same editorial discipline, same broadcast-grade audio. Asynchronous content production at the standard of long-form interview shows, not corporate-training clip mills.
